It was a rare catch for the Kannada film media on Thursday evening at Atria Hotel in Bangalore. The Hollywood actor Russel Harvard was in the city. A deaf by birth Russel Harvard handsome looking has acted in Oscar nominated ‘There will be Blood’ appeared in 20 minutes short film ‘Words’ directed by Anup S Bhandari a proud Kannadiga who is a software guy in USA.

The clippings of ‘Words’ shot at the most prominent place in New York with only two characters – Russel Harvard and Manzania was declared open by veteran journalist PG Srinivasamurthy.

Russel Harvard decked in red T shirt responding to the sign language was impressed with the script of Anup S Bhandari that focus on the deaf and a normal person. Russel in the middle of his ‘Hammil’ film discussed at length on the script and acted in the prominent role. I am a better actor than a speaker says Russel Harvard who is laving the hearing problem from his birth. The forward nature of deaf is the main focus in ‘Words’.

‘Words’ is the first venture of Mr Lakshminarayana Murthy of Golden Summer Productions. Anu S Bhandari son of Sudhakar Bhandari with scripts even ready for Kannada cinema born in Mangalore and brought up in Mysore working in Connecticut, USA as software professional intends to release the DVD of ‘Words’ with ‘Hammil’ film of Russel Harvard. Anup S Bhandari a Kannadiga has directed short films in the past for corporate division that has given him national acclaim.

The Kannada actor stylish Sudeep graced the media gathering of ‘Words’ on Thursday evening and appreciated the effort of Russel Harvard. Sudeep recalled ‘There will be Blood’ of Russel Harvard and said he is a fan of him and jealous of him for his sterling build.
